Documents to be attached to the application
1. This application must be accompanied by a copy of the first page of your Identity Document.
2. With your application, you must include a copy of your Senior Certificate, National Senior Certificate, or highest qualification.
3. Note: Grade 12 students must attach a copy of their Grade 11 final results as well as their Grade 12 results from June or September.
The subjects and symbols earned, as well as whether the subjects are on the Higher Grade or Standard Grade, must be noted in the report. An original academic record or certified copies of other certifications received before must also be submitted if you attended any other higher education institution.
