About North-West College – Pomona

North-West College is a pioneer in allied health education, providing high-quality, low-cost healthcare training. Our hands-on training will provide you with the necessary job skills to succeed in today’s healthcare business.
North-West College has been providing career-oriented training in short-term programs for meaningful employment since 1966.
To date, more than 55,000 students have graduated from our programs, with many of them going on to raise the bar in health care organizations of all kinds.
The Pomona Valley Campus of North-West College is conveniently located 0.2 miles north of the Pomona Trans Center and is easily accessed from the San Bernardino highway (10) 2 minutes south of the White Ave or Garey Ave exits. Parking for students is also available.

Required documents

Essay: Also known as a personal statement, an applicant’s essay provides them with a unique opportunity to highlight their accomplishments and personality. Personal experiences and anecdotes should also be included by applicants.
Transcripts: Providing the required high school and college transcripts is a crucial element of the review process.
A candidate can submit their application using Parchment (or similar systems).
Official Test Scores: Submitting SAT or ACT scores strengthen a candidate’s case for admission to North-West College-Long Beach. It’s worth noting that it’s not a requirement, and not all students are required to submit their results.
