About Beckfield College

Beckfield College is delighted to have served the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky communities for 35 years of academic excellence.
Educational Services Center was the designation given to Beckfield College when it first opened its doors in 1984. Dr. Harry L. Beck founded the school in response to a demand he noticed in the Greater Cincinnati region for persons seeking specialized job training outside of the traditional classroom.
He set out to create a school environment that was centered on the student and the student’s achievement, based on his decades of experience working in higher education. Beckfield College was founded in May 1989 in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Its goal was to provide higher education and technical training to individuals who showed the potential to profit from it.

Mission

Beckfield College is a four-year college committed to preparing students for relevant professional, technical, and business jobs in a diverse, ethical, and student-centered environment.
Beckfield College is a community college accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) that has been evolving since 1984 to satisfy the educational needs of our students as well as the expectations of the community and area companies.
Beckfield College is committed to providing a tailored teaching and learning environment that fosters quality students’ personal and professional growth. Instructors bring years of real-world experience and knowledge into the classrooms to help students learn more effectively.
Beckfield College has a number of Bachelor’s, Associate’s, and Diploma programs to choose from.

Admission Requirements

Satisfy the following conditions to qualify as an applicant;

Graduation from high school or completion of an equivalent program
Proof of graduating from high school
Be a U.S. citizen, an alien lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence, or a foreign national qualified for a student visa.
Be in good health and physically capable of performing any techniques or procedures required by the chosen program of study and job.
Any compulsory pre-admission test must be passed at an acceptable level.
If the program requires it, be interviewed by the program dean or a designee after passing pre-admission testing.
Be able to communicate well in English.
Attest to the MMR**, meningitis, and hepatitis B immunization requirements being met (see below). The requirements for meningitis and hepatitis B might be denied in writing.
